FAQ
How does the 25% commission work?+
When a referred signup becomes a paying member, you earn 25% of their qualifying subscriptions and purchases for their first 3 months on Ekam. After that window, commissions on that member stop.
What does my audience pay?+
7 days free with no credit card to start, then $39 a month for the Ekam membership. They can cancel anytime. You earn on what they pay once the free week ends.
When do I get paid?+
Commissions move to "pending payout" after a referred member's qualifying payment clears. Payouts are issued monthly by PayPal, around the 5th of the following month.
Do all creators get the same terms?+
These are our standard terms. Ekam may agree a different share, earning period, or signup limit with a creator; your Referrals page always shows the terms that apply to you. Full terms: ekamwellness.ai/referral-terms.
Do creators get a free membership?+
Yes. Approved creators receive a complimentary Ekam membership while their creator code is active, so you can use the product and share from experience. It ends if your code is paused or ended.
How does attribution work?+
We use both your unique referral link (?ref=CODE) and your code (entered at signup). Your link is remembered for 180 days after someone first opens it. If they type a different creator's code at signup, that code counts.
What if a referral gets disqualified?+
We may reverse commissions for fake, duplicate, or fraudulent signups and for refunded payments. If a commission was already paid out, we may deduct it from your next payouts.
Can I refer myself or my family?+
No. Self-referrals and same-email referrals are blocked automatically and may disqualify your account.
Taxes?+
You are responsible for taxes on your earnings. When your earnings reach the amount U.S. tax rules require us to report, we collect a W-9 before paying more and issue a 1099.
What can't I do?+
No paid-search bidding on Ekam brand terms, no spam, no impersonating Ekam, no fake accounts, and no medical claims. Violations terminate the account and forfeit pending balances.
