Saraswati Srividya
Saraswati Srividya is an experienced Hatha Yoga teacher with expertise in pre- and post-natal (pregnancy) Yoga, Vinyasa, and children's Yoga. She is skilled in aligning, adjusting, and modifying asanas to ensure a safe and effective practice. Her mission is to inspire individuals to set long-term health and fitness goals, enhancing their overall well-being through Yoga. Her Yoga journey began at the age of 10 at a traditional Gurukul. Saraswati holds a one-year Diploma in Yoga from Kaivalyadhama Institute and a Master of Yogic Science (M.Sc.) from S-VYASA in Bangalore. She spent three years at the Kaivalyadhama Health Center, where she worked with participants to address common health concerns through Yoga. To deepen her spiritual understanding, Saraswati completed a foundational course in Vedanta at the Chinmaya Mission. She also holds certifications in pre- and post-natal Yoga and Garbha Samskar from the AYG Academy. Saraswati has led numerous workshops focused on holistic well-being and designs Yoga sequences and integrated lesson plans for students of all levels. Her classes blend Vinyasa flow and traditional styles, with an emphasis on mindfulness and body-mind awareness.
