# Ekam

> Ekam is a personalized wellness platform for live small-group fitness and wellness classes. Members can browse and book without a wearable, or optionally connect Apple Watch, Apple Health, or Android Health Connect for deeper personalization.

Ekam is available on the web at https://ekamwellness.ai, on the iOS App Store, and on Google Play.

## What Ekam is

Ekam hosts live small-group classes in yoga, meditation, breathwork, strength, and sound healing. A wearable is not required. If a member connects Apple Health or Health Connect, classes can also be matched to sleep, recovery, heart, and activity signals.

Ekam is a live class room, not a library of on-demand videos. Groups are capped so an instructor can see participants, correct form, and take questions during class.

New members can join free and get 14 days free, with no credit card required.

Health data from Apple Health and Health Connect is optional and is used to power deeper class recommendations. That data is encrypted and is not sold or shared with advertisers.

Ekam was founded by Priyanshu Agarwal, a former Meta and Microsoft engineer who built wearable health systems at Meta.

## How it works

1. Sign up and create your wellness profile.
2. Optionally connect Apple Health (iPhone and Apple Watch) or Health Connect (Android and Wear OS) for deeper personalization — or just browse classes without a device.
3. Ekam builds a personalized weekly plan from your profile and, if connected, your sleep, recovery, and activity.
4. Book a live class matched to that plan.
